This chart ranks 50 of the most famous ninja from Naruto by their official heights. At the top sits A, the Fourth Raikage, at a hulking 198 cm, while the tiny Third Tsuchikage Onoki brings up the rear at 109 cm — an almost 90 cm spread between the tallest and shortest characters in the set. In between you will find every rank of shinobi, from rookie genin to legendary Sannin to the Kage who rule the five great ninja villages.

Where do these heights come from?

Unlike many anime where character stats stay vague, Naruto heights are officially published. Masashi Kishimoto's team releases official character databooks, and the anime studio (Studio Pierrot) maintains model sheets with precise measurements so the animators keep everyone in proportion. That official status is exactly why fans take height debates so seriously.

• Databooks cover everything: height, weight, blood type, birthday, even hobbies and favorite foods.
• Heights are era-specific — Part I (young genin), Shippuden (teens), and adulthood each get their own listings.
• This chart uses Shippuden-era heights, which is why teenage Naruto shows 166 cm.

• Jiraiya measures 191 cm — and Studio Pierrot's model sheets note his elevated sandals add about 7 more cm.
