Highest Alcohol Consumption by Country (2019)

Romania leads the world with 17 litres of pure alcohol consumed per person aged 15+ annually, followed by Georgia at 14.3 litres and the Czech Republic at 13.3 litres. The WHO 2019 data shows European countries dominate the top spots with 9 of the top 10.
